Student prize winners announced

Three public relations students have been announced as this year’s winners of the prestigious Claire Mascall PR Prize. The annual award, in memory of corporate PR practitioner Claire Mascall who died in 2006, is open to all Public Relations students at Leeds Beckett University.

How PR has changed in 25 years

Twenty-five years ago, in 1992, the European Union was founded with the signing of the Maastricht treaty and Freddie Mercury gave his last live performance at the opening ceremony of the Barcelona Olympics. Leeds Beckett celebrates 25 years of PR education

Leeds Beckett University Public Relations graduates will be gathering in Leeds later this month to celebrate 25 years of PR education at Leeds Business School. The event runs from 1.30 – 9pm on Tuesday 21 March at Leeds Business School and the Radisson Blu Hotel.
