The new GolinHarris apprenticeship scheme offers three month placements within four practice areas.
Apprentices will have senior sponsors and line managers, they will have a structured training programme, and extensive on-the-job learning.
On successful completion of the scheme, their achievements will be celebrated with a graduation ceremony.
Apprentices will leave with an excellent foundation in communications and will be first in line for any permanent positions available. This programme is not exclusively for graduates or undergraduates, but is an inclusive initiative to enable us to find the brightest new talent out there.
Applications are now open. They will close on Tuesday 12 March with the programme starting on March 25 2013. Applicants can expect two interviews and a short test before learning if they have been successful.
A digital and a creative role have already been filled, but GolinHarris is still looking for:
- two account handlers or catalysts, one to work in the consumer practice the other across both technology and corporate teams. Apprentices will help address the varied and changing needs of clients and measure and report on work. Proactive, determined, collaborative, problem solvers should apply.
- one strategist, someone comfortable working with insights, data and analysis. The successful candidate will be future focused, business minded, data obsessed, provocative, logical and versatile
- and one individual to join the media (or connector) team. Informed, persistent and nimble news junkies will also need an appreciation of the communications process and all media channels in reaching a client’s target audience
